Michael Goodman, LLB (Hons), qualified as a Solicitor in 1998 having read Law at Glasgow University, and then completing the CPE and Legal Practice Course at the Manchester Metropolitan University.

Michael is a Senior Associate in our Real Estate department having joined the firm in 2024.

Michael undertakes work in the firm’s Real Estate Department and has a wide range of experience in advising businesses and individuals in their commercial property affairs. His clients include individuals and companies making investments and also with Landlord & Tenant asset management matters. Michael’s particular areas of specialism include:

Notable transactions

• Dealing with the acquisition, financing and disposal of investment properties in Central London.
• Dealing with the letting and management work on an investment portfolio fronting a mainline railway station in Central London for over 10 years and on its compulsory purchase by HS2.
• Acting for well-known high street retailers on a re-structuring deal of a 25 unit portfolio, on a lease renewal of a flagship store on Oxford Street and on a letting of headquarter offices.
• Acting for well-known corporates on the acquisition of their leasehold headquarter offices.
• Acting for various lenders on the property aspects of both investment and development loans over a wide variety of assets.
